Screens and failure clusters
The Screens page reads what every phone shows, so that the phone stuck somewhere else stands out. It is part of the Pro and Team plans. Read all screens reads them now; tick every minute to keep reading.
Same screen
Phones that show the same screen are grouped, with the app and a short description of the screen. A group of one is often the phone that needs you.
Anomalies
A phone whose screen differs from the others at the same step of the same workflow is flagged here.
Failure clusters
Failed runs of the last hours or days are grouped by the workflow's step, the failure, the app's version and the screen they ended on, with the phones each cluster touched. Ten phones failing the same check on the same screen is one problem, not ten.
Compare
Put two screens side by side, with the changes marked. Useful after an app update: a workflow that broke can then be repaired from its replay (Propose a repair…), tested on a phone and used only after a person approves it.
