How the app knows your plan

Your plan reaches the app as a licence: a small signed file for one computer that lasts up to 35 days. The app checks it on its own, also without internet, and renews it once a day when it may contact the account service.

Signing in from the app

1. Settings → Plan & account → Account.
2. Enter your email address and allow account checks (the app contacts the account service only after you allow it, also in local-only mode).
3. Type the 6-digit code from the email.

The app then fetches its licence. After buying or changing a plan, press Refresh now.

Account checks

With account checks on, the app sends your email address when you sign in, and then once a day this computer's installation ID with its sign-in token. Nothing about your phones. Turn them off at any time and use a licence file instead.

Computers

Pro covers 2 computers; Team 2 per seat. A computer that has not checked in for 60 days frees its place automatically, or remove it on your account page.

When a plan changes

Nothing is deleted. On a smaller plan, phones over the limit stay listed and you choose which are active; workflows, schedules, agents and integrations wait until the plan includes them again; running work finishes.
