About BenchFleet
In short: BenchFleet is a desktop app for Windows, macOS (Apple silicon) and Linux that shows every connected Android phone on one screen, lets you take control of any of them, and automates the same work across many phones. It is made by WOODCOMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17495526.
What BenchFleet is for
What it is
BenchFleet is a desktop app that runs your own Android phones from your computer, for app teams, developers and AI agents.
- Your own Android phones, by USB or on your network
- AI agents over MCP, with the phones and access you choose
- Live view, one-click control, workflows and schedules
- App testing and routine work on a bench of real phones
What it isn’t
It is not a phone farm, a phone-rental service for running social-media accounts, or an MDM for staff phones. It has no identity spoofing, no proxies and no account warm-up, and it stops at CAPTCHAs, sign-in checks and other human-only steps.
- A phone farm or a rental service for running accounts
- Identity spoofing, proxies per phone or account warm-up
- A way around CAPTCHAs, sign-in checks or anti-automation controls
- An MDM for managing staff phones
For app teams and developers. Not for fake accounts or engagement farming: how BenchFleet may be used.
It is for people who look after many Android phones:
- Developers using AI agents, who let tools such as Claude Code use real phones with the limits they set. See the Android MCP server.
- App testers and QA teams, who run the same checks on real phones after every build. See Android app testing on real phones.
- Device labs and support desks, who keep an eye on every phone and take over the one that needs a person. See controlling many Android phones from one PC.
- Teams with company phones, who run routine checks on a schedule and keep a record of who did what.

How BenchFleet is built and tested
- On proven open source. scrcpy's server streams the phones' screens, Android's own adb connects them, and uiautomator2 reads their screens for automation. The open-source licences page lists every component.
- Tested at scale. The test suite runs the Hub with 1,000 simulated phones. A batch of 1,000 jobs on those phones finished with no command sent to the wrong phone, and the same held when phones were unplugged in the middle of jobs. When the Hub is stopped mid-run, jobs set to retry or resume finish once it is back.
- Tested on real phones. The hardware tests run on 17 real Android phones.
- Private by design. The app starts in Local mode, where nothing leaves your computer, and sends no telemetry. Every action on a phone goes into an audit log, and automation stops at CAPTCHAs, sign-in checks and other steps meant for people.
Who writes these pages
The guides and comparisons on this site are written by the team that builds BenchFleet. Commands and steps in the guides are checked against Google's Android developer documentation, and comparisons describe other tools by what their own pages say about them. Questions
Who makes BenchFleet?
WOODCOMMERCE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17495526, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG.
Is BenchFleet a device farm or a phone farm?
It is a test bench of your own phones, for app teams and AI agents. Device clouds such as AWS Device Farm rent test phones in their data centres; phone farms run social-media accounts, which BenchFleet refuses. It has no identity spoofing or proxies and stops at human-only checks.
Is BenchFleet a cloud service?
No. BenchFleet is a desktop app that runs on your own computer and talks to the phones connected to it. It starts in Local mode, where nothing leaves your computer, and an account is needed only for a paid plan.
Does BenchFleet collect data about me or my phones?
No telemetry, analytics or crash uploads, in the app or on this website. The privacy policy explains the little the account service keeps for paid plans.
How do I contact the company?
Write to support@benchfleet.com or use the contact form; the support page answers the common questions first.
