Questions
Is AI usage included?
No. AI features use your own key with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, or a model on your computer (Ollama or another OpenAI-compatible server), and you pay your provider directly. Budgets per model in the app cap what the Hub may spend.
What happens to my phones and workflows if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Phones over the plan's limit stay in your fleet with their names and health and you choose which are active; workflows, schedules and agents wait and start again when your plan includes them. Work that is running when the plan changes finishes.
Do I need an account for the Free plan?
No. Download the app and connect your phones. An account is only needed for a paid plan.
On how many computers can I use a plan?
Pro covers 2 computers; Team covers 2 computers per seat. Remove a computer on your account page to make room for another.
Can I use it without internet?
Yes. Download a licence file for the computer on your account page and choose it in the app; it lasts up to 35 days. See computers without internet.
How do I cancel?
On your account page (Plan and billing). You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
