Terms
To be confirmed: these terms are a draft for review. The company's details, governing law, refunds, liability and consumer rights wording must be confirmed by a lawyer before they apply.
The app
You may install and use the app on your own computers. The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans unlock features and limits described on the pricing page, on the number of computers the plan covers.
Plans and payments
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. When you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for; when a payment fails we retry for a short time before the plan ends. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your phones, workflows or settings: features your plan no longer includes wait until it does. AI usage is not part of any plan; you pay your AI provider directly.
How you use it
You are responsible for having the right to control and automate the phones and apps you use, and for following those apps' terms. The app stops at CAPTCHAs, sign-in checks and other human-only steps and must not be used to get around apps' anti-automation or integrity controls, or to fake engagement or activity.
Open-source components
The app includes open-source components under their own licences, listed on the open-source page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences. In particular, for the libraries under the LGPL you may modify them and reverse engineer the app to the extent needed to debug such modifications.
Liability
To be confirmed: warranty and liability terms are to be drafted with legal advice.
