Privacy and security
Privacy
- The Hub runs on your computer and starts local-only: it talks only to your computer and the phones and network addresses you allow.
- Hybrid mode lets the cloud services you turn on — AI providers, notification channels — receive what the Privacy page lists for each. Every request is logged.
- No telemetry, analytics or crash uploads, in the app or on this website.
- On paid plans, account checks send this computer's installation ID once a day — only after you allow them.
Security
- Every part of the Hub requires sign-in, also on your own computer; the phones' debugging connection is never opened to the network.
- Roles and permissions: owner, operator, viewer and automation roles, and rights for chosen phones, groups, apps or workflows.
- Approvals for sensitive actions, and an audit log of every action, hash-chained so changes can be detected.
- Secrets are encrypted with a key in your operating system's keychain and typed on the phone without being shown.
- Remote access is off until you turn it on, with TLS, passwords and two-factor sign-in; use it over your own network or a VPN, never by forwarding the port to the internet.
Licences and plans
The app checks its licence on your computer. The account service never sees your phones, and the app works offline with a licence file.
