Affiliate terms

These terms apply from 16 October 2026. They are between you, the affiliate, and WOODCOMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17495526 ("we", "us"), which makes BenchFleet. You can reach us at support@benchfleet.com. Applying to the programme means you accept them.

Joining

You apply with the form on the affiliate programme page. We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it without giving a reason. Once accepted, you get a personal link and a private dashboard. Keep the dashboard link to yourself: anyone with it can see your figures.

Your commission

• You earn 40% of each payment a customer you referred makes for a BenchFleet plan (Pro or Team, monthly or yearly), on the amount before VAT or sales tax, for payments in the first 12 months after their first payment. Payments after those months earn nothing.
• Founding affiliates, who apply before 31 March 2027, earn 50% on the same payments.
• Your rate is fixed when we accept you. If we change the programme's rates later, the change applies to affiliates who join after it.
• Cloud phone minute packs, once they are on sale, earn 20% on the same terms.
• A customer is yours when they buy in the visit in which they clicked your link, or within 90 days of the click when they agreed that we remember it (the site asks; your link sets no cookie by itself), in the browser they clicked it in or with the account they signed in to during that visit or that time. If they click another affiliate's link later, the last link clicked counts.
• Self-referrals earn nothing: buying with your own email address or your own account, or for yourself through another account.
• A payment that is refunded or disputed earns nothing. If we paid you commission on it already, we take that amount off your next payout.

Getting paid

• Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment.
• Once a month we pay you what has become payable, when it is at least £25. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
• We pay by hand, in pounds sterling, by a method we agree with you, such as a bank transfer or PayPal. Fees your bank or payment service charges you are yours. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
• If these terms end, we pay you what is payable at that point and what becomes payable on payments made before then, as long as you did not break these terms.

How you may promote BenchFleet

• Disclose it. Say clearly that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission, close to your link: in a video, say it and put it in the description; in a post or newsletter, before or next to the link. Follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you and your audience, and the rules of each platform you use.
• Lead with AI agents. Present BenchFleet as a hub for people and AI agents working on real Android phones. Don't present it as only a QA or testing tool.
• Say only what is true. Use the descriptions and claims on your dashboard, or your own honest experience. Don't make up customer numbers, ratings, reviews or testimonials, or promise features, prices or discounts that are not on benchfleet.com.
• No spam. No bulk or unsolicited email, cold email to lists, messages to people who did not ask for them, or comment, forum or review spam.
• No ads on our name. Don't bid on "BenchFleet", misspellings of it or our domain in search ads, and don't use them in ad text, domain names, app names or social-media handles.
• Not for misuse. Never promote BenchFleet for phone farms, running many social-media accounts, fake engagement or activity, or getting around CAPTCHAs, sign-in checks or other anti-automation controls.
• No fake clicks. Don't hide your link, force clicks, put it on pages people did not choose to visit, or use coupon or cashback sites without our agreement in writing.
• Don't speak for us. Don't call yourself BenchFleet or make your content look as if we wrote it. You may use the logo and screenshots from your dashboard unchanged, apart from resizing.

Ending

You can leave at any time by telling us. We can pause or end your participation at any time; if you break these terms, we may withhold commission earned through the breach. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; if you keep promoting BenchFleet after that, the new terms apply.

Everything else

You are an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits under these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
